ABSTRACT
THE EDUCATION AND THE CULTURE OF PEACE
The article discusses some of the most important aspects about violence in contemporary society. Shows the causes, influences and repercussion on Culture of Violence in actual world. The article emphasizes the importance of the education for citizenship and for the Culture of Peace, following that this is the only way to stop the violence in the school, family and streets. The article discusses the importance of the development of new behaviors and actions against the intolerance, hates between different races, preconceptions and aggressions against people and environment through the education to construct the Culture of Peace.
